I moved to Richmond from Northern Virginia in 1990 to pursue my undergraduate degree in Public Relations at VCU. After getting married in 1995, my husband and I lived in Glen Allen for a few years before ultimately settling in Midlothian to start our family. Having lived in three very distinct areas of the RVA has given me a great understanding of Richmond and the surrounding counties and I’ll use that knowledge to help my clients make excellent real estate decisions.
I grew up the daughter of a custom builder and I have always loved every aspect of the home building process. Most of my summers were spent on various job sites, helping my father do everything from tarring foundations to puttying nail holes and painting trim and doors. With a lifelong love for real estate, seventeen years of success in direct sales and excellent customer service, pursuing a career as a real estate professional was an obvious choice.
As the team leader of Jennett Pulley Real Estate, I am proud to be part of the Keller Williams family. In 2017, I successfully put 27 families in new homes and was named "Rookie of the Year" in a brokerage of over 180 agents. I was also asked to serve on our Market Center's ALC, or Agent Leadership Council. This council is made up of 12 of the top 20% of the agents in our office and our focus is to educate and support our new agents as well as maintain and promote the beliefs, practices and culture that Keller Williams is built upon. At KW, we believe that coming from contribution and abundance is the foundation of creating fabulous relationships and win win transactions for our clients and our community as a whole.
I love meeting new people and am passionate about meeting the needs of my clients. I understand that buying a home is far more than finding the perfect house and I will work hard to make sure that you end up in exactly the right community for your family. I also understand that selling your home can be both a challenging and overwhelming process.
